OMC, d. o. o., e-mail: info@omc.si, is the data controller for the okenske-police.si website.

OMC, d. o. o., undertakes to protect provided personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1). All provided data shall be treated as strictly confidential and used for the purpose for which they were provided.

OMC, d. o. o., processes and stores an individual’s personal data in order to achieve the purpose for which the individual provided them:
– submitting an online enquiry.

When handling indirectly and directly provided data, we are bound by the Personal Data Protection Act, which defines the rights, obligations, principles and measures to prevent unconstitutional, unlawful and unjustified interference with privacy and the dignity of an individual in the processing of personal data. The basis for collecting personal data is the online form where customers enter the data necessary for communication.

OMC, d. o. o., stores the following personal data for the purposes of sending e-newsletters:
name, surname, e-mail, telephone.

OMC, d. o. o., undertakes to not transmit the data to third parties, nor outside the EU, EEC or to international organisations within this territory, unless this is in accordance with applicable legislation. For the duration of the controlling of personal data, an individual has the right to inspect, transcribe, copy, supplement, correct, block and erase personal data in the filing system in accordance with applicable legislation.

OMC, d. o. o., shall protect the acquired data and prevent their misuse. Personal data shall be used only for the purposes for which the user gave their consent. OMC, d. o. o., undertakes to store the collected data for only as long as is strictly necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected.

When there is no longer a need to manage the personal data, or on the basis of a written request by the user (sent to info@omc.si), the data is erased or the data carriers are destroyed.

Users have the right to request at any time the modification or erasure of their personal data by sending an e-mail request to info@omc.si. The data shall be erased as soon as possible.

Misuse of data

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the GDPR. In the event of any misuse of data, we shall notify you by e-mail as soon as possible, however, no later than within 72 hours of the misuse being identified.
